Brian Hunt is an acoustic singer-songwriter who performs original songs and an eclectic mix of interpretive covers. Brian’s plaintive voice and thoughtful lyrics tell evocative, sometimes dark and often tender stories. “I want to make songs that touch people the way good songs touch me,” he says.
Based in Walla Walla, Washington, Brian’s music influences include Johnny Cash, Lou Reed, The Carter Family, Neil Young, Built to Spill and Lucinda Williams. He has written, performed and recorded with numerous bands on both coasts, including The Milkmen, Drill, Bucket of Weeds, and Draw.
